World Balloon Convention 2012

March 2012 - Rhonda Pearson, Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) and owner of Parties That Pop attended the World Balloon Convention in Dallas, Texas.  Rhonda, along with 625 professional balloon artists from 47 countries convened for a week of education and hands-on balloon sculpting.  At week’s end, a "Festival of Balloons" was open to the public to share the wonder and amazement of the balloon designs prepared by the artists.

Rock 'n' Roll!

On March 15, 2012, Parties That Pop welcomed the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon to the Nation's Capital.  This was the first marathon run entirely in Washington, DC.  Red and black balloon archways welcomed guests to the Health and Fitness Expo held at DC Armory.

National Police Week 5k Marathon

May 14, 2011. Washington, DC. Marathoners passed through Parties That Pop 80 ft. Archway at the starting line. Lobby Mart served as the balloon "holding area" til race time.

Grand Re-Opening of Ledo Pizza

Parties That Pop celebrated with Ledo Pizza of Forestville, MD the Grand Re-Opening and unveiling of a wall dedicated to the Prince Georges' County Fire and EMS Department after an explosion occurred in the spring of 2009.
